Download and flash

  1. Download the newest release from here.
  2. Copy the downloaded file to the SD Card on your phone.
  3. Go to Recovery Mode.
  4. Do a nandroid backup of your current ROM, just in case some things go wrong.
  5. Wipe Date & Cash.
  6. Flash the Rom that you downloaded before.
  7. Flash Gapps (gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip).
  8. Reboot your device.
I think you will be pretty happy with this Custom ROM and that you wont have any problems at all, because it's one of the most stable ones there is, but if you find any problems just leave a comment with a detailed explanation of the bug and I will give my best to help you solve that problem. Good luck! :D
